After successful completion of training, the trainees are likely to be considered for appointment to the post of Scientific Assistant/B (Group-B) in the pay of Rs. 35400/- in level 6 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016. Additional increment/s, as per extant rules, depending upon performance during training program may also be granted.

Central Dearness Allowance, Performance Linked Incentive, Children Education Assistance, Leave Travel Concession, Canteen Subsidy, Site Location Allowance, Cable TV Reimbursement, Newspaper Reimbursement, Medical Assistance, Transport Allowance, Washing Allowance, Accommodation, School facility etc. as admissible from time to time as per Corporation Rules will be paid. However, in the cases of Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistants (ST/SA)- Diploma Holder in Engineering / Science Graduate, these allowances will be applicable only after successful absorption and appointment as Scientific Assistant. |

Period of Training
|
The period of training for the post of Category-I Stipendiary Trainees/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) – Diploma Holders in Engineering & Category-I Stipendiary Trainees/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) – Science Graduates will be 1½ years (18 months). |
